Design & Build
All of our sails are designed using the very latest in 3D design software from Auckland NZ. With the ability to create (and re-create) the perfect aero foil shapes, together with digital photo technology enabling us to customise your sails precisely to your rig and produce the perfect suit of sails for your boat.

All the materials we use come from the worlds leading sailcloth manufacturers, who also either produce or supply all the hardware and finishing materials to complete your sails, to the highest quality available.
Mainsail
The sail comes complete with all the extra's required to give you the best from a racing sail - draft stripes, anti-collision window, tapered battens, leech line, tell-tales, sail numbers, class insignia and a foot length sail bag.
Genoa
The Genoai is made to full racing spec. With draft stripes, anti-collision window, leech line and foot line, tell tales and foot length sail bag.
Blade Jib
Jib is made to full race spec. with draft stripes, anti-collision window, battens, leech line, tell tales and foot length sailbag.
Spinnaker
The Spinnaker is constructed in tri-radial or V cut panel layout, using a minimum weight cloth, which is silicone coated to keep water absorption to an absolute minimum. This sail is our latest design for both reaching and running. Ideally suited to light and medium airs.
Boom Cover
Made from top quality acrylic, available in a choice of 32 attractive colours, complete with all the fittings required for a quick and easy secure fit.
